Poker Strategy
- If you have never seen the movie "Rounders" I suggest you
watch it, because it starts out the movie with the same quote I am going
to start this page out with.
If you can't spot the sucker in the first
half hour, you are the sucker!!!
- This just goes to show the fundemental rule of poker, DO NOT only
play your cards play your opponents also.
- If someone is inexperiance at poker you they will probably bet small
if they have a good hand and bet large if they are bluffing.
- If you have a great hand Full House to 4 of a kind and higher, you
can probably count on winning the odds of two people having that good
of hand at the same time out of the same 52 cards is so low it is not
even worth mentioning.
- Do not use the same method of play a lot if you play with the same
group of people. You will become predictable, and your opponents will
know when you are bluffing and when you have something.
